Description
  • Elevator head is a two piece removable design
  • Fittings are bolted together
  • Legs are made of 1.5 mm or 2 mm disjoint pressed galvanized steel
  • Legs are removable
  • Inlet and outlet have an abrasion-resistant design
  • Knock detectors are placed in the elevator inlet
  • Self-aligning pulleys standard
  • Optional alignment sensors for pulleys
  • Elevator head and boot is equipped with access points for easy cleaning and maintenance
  • Dust explosion vents are placed at critical points
  • Aspirated to prevent dust pollution
  • Holes under buckets assist aspiration
  • Plastic buckets and belt speed readings are optional
  • Stop-back motors are used if the elevator is higher than 12 meters
  • Elevator belts made of five layers - Oil resistant and anti-static belts are available
  • Easily changed chain couplings with safety covers
